We were assigned PuroClean for remediation from water damage after a pipe break during the 2021 freeze in Dallas, TX. They explained the process and then performed the service exactly to the explanation. They set our expectations and then met it. What hasn't explained to us was the level of communication we would receive from them about what was happening and why, nor did we expect the attention they took to keeping things as clean as they could (Remove this, clean it up. Do the next thing, clean it up, etc.). I don't know how we could have been more pleased and impressed. Thank you, Daniel and team!
