I had a complicated water damage insurance claim. Nick worked side by side with me, insurance company, and contractors who would complete work after his company finished. He came to project site daily , kept me and insurance updated , then after completion checked in with me to see how the follow up work was going and if I needed any further assistance. Excellent knowledgeable, polite , well mannered crew . Wonderful job and would definitely use again.

We had a great experience working with PuroClean during a recent leak we had in our home. Nick responded promptly to my initial call and was able to stop by within two hours to survey the damage. He provided a detailed description of the process and work that needed to be done and was able to start the drying process right away. Nick or Jimmy from his team came out promptly each day to review the progress and provide an update and expected timeline for the job. Every step of the job was done carefully, cleanly, and safely. Nick even provided a referral for some known repair work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend PuroClean of Ann Arbor for any restoration work needed, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Absolutely love these guys. A water line broke and flooded our living room and kitchen. Crew showed up less than 2 hours after we shut the water off and called them. Jimmy and Ethan were super polite and were careful not to let out cat out. They wore protective shoe coverings so as not to cause any additional damage. They saved the carpet and prevented any major damage to the floor or rest of the house. Very easy to work with and respectful of our home. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the whole procedure. Payment went through insurance with no issues. Nick is by far one of the easiest people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I will call them again at my next regular or serious disaster (see I can even smile and laugh about something that otherwise would be a stressful situation, so great!)
