After experiencing water damage in a first-floor half-bathroom due to a toilet leak, I contacted several restoration companies. Mr. Summers arrived promptly, offered a free estimate, thoroughly examined the area, and provided a clear plan of action. The price he quoted was significantly lower than that of his competitors, so much so that my wife and I decided to pay out of pocket rather than file an insurance claim. Initially, I was skeptical about the price difference between PuroClean and other companies, as a “great” price can sometimes lead to a “poor” experience. However, this was not the case. The remediation and replacement were carried out quickly and efficiently, with the project timeline adhered to as promised. All of Mr. Summers' employees were friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and the quality of the final result speaks for itself. Thank you, Mr. Summers, for being an honest and ethical businessman who prioritizes people over profit. While I hope I won't need a restoration company in the future, if I or any of my friends or family ever do, I will not hesitate to contact PuroClean of Wolf Creek to save time and money.

We had a water leak that flooded under our living room floor. KJ and Tareek from Puroclean of Wolf Creek came out today and cleaned the whole thing up, set up blowers to dry out the place, removed the damaged flooring and underlay, and facilitated our claim with the insurance company. They were very professional, competent and pleasant. I would highly recommend them!

Our hallway bathroom flooded the house and PuroClean handled all mitigation of the water timely. I called at 7:30 am and they were here by 9:00 am. Kerry was professional and Tim kept in touch daily. The entire staff kept us up to date on what was going on with clean up and the insurance company. We highly recommend puroclean!

My call to PuroClean was a much needed request. I had a toilet backup with water flowing from the bathroom. under renovation, to an ajoining family room which is also under renovation. When I called the owner answered, listened to my need and assured me the immediate help of his company. I was impressed that his online add mentioned “free inspection”, also a “live person” to help. Mr. Timothy Summers was the live person. His worker came right over and started the cleanup. He tested for water damage to the walls. What he used for the cleanup left a refreshing smell in the rooms. An excellent cleanup!!! So delighted for this referral from my daughter. The customer service of Mr. Summers and his worker, Kerry Starr, was excellent!!! I recommend highly PuroClean for the service they provided me. I feel that their customer service and work for the other services mentioned online would be excellent as well. I am a widow and very pleased customer. I highly recommend this company, PuroClean, for the services they offer. EXCELLENT!!!
