Herdan holds a degree in systems engineering, graduating in the top 10% of his class. Over a 30-year career in technology, he became a partner in a technology enterprise, leading the firm to become the top Microsoft provider in Venezuela and earning multiple awards, including the 2017 Venezuela Partner of the Year. For 20 of those 30 years, he served as head of technology for a financial group owning several retail banks before joining PuroClean.

Herdan isn’t just a leader at PuroClean; he’s a devoted family man with 25 years of marriage and three children. Ricardo’s commitment to fostering strong connections is unparalleled. Raised in Venezuela’s Jewish community, his leadership journey commenced at the tender age of 12.
