In the Limestone Ranch neighborhood of Boerne, we were recently called to help one our neighbors clean up from another company’s “repair” job. The neighbor, a teacher and mother of two, needed her water heater replaced. The company she hired for the work was not careful when they removed the old heater, and water leaked all the way down the stairs, leaving behind rust stains on the carpet. That’s where our carpet cleaning skills came into play.
The homeowner reached out to have us to remove the stains and completely clean the upstairs carpet. Our team came out and immediately got to work, and we were able to complete the carpet cleaning in just three hours. We even had enough time to assist with an unusual special request.
While we worked inside to get her carpets back in order, the woman was outside completing some yard work when she noticed a frog or toad in her water box. Being afraid of all things that hop and ribbit, she asked if we could remove the problem. Although it’s not one of PuroClean’s main areas of expertise, we are always happy to help in any way we can! Our production manager relocated the amphibian for the homeowner, and we were on our way, leaving another toad-ily satisfied client.
