We are a family-owned business, operating from Caseyville, Illinois, since 2009. Owner Paul Reiss believes that honesty and integrity are the priority. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, be it the homeowner, the agent, or the adjuster. At PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services, our goal is to be your business partner and a resource for quality mitigation service and support.

Our team takes great pride in serving our community by serving our churches and other community associations and foundations. We hold memberships in the Chamber, BNI, Women Empowering Women, Blue Goose, the St. Louis Claims Association, IAIP, and the IAAI. We are an IICRC certified firm as well as RRP.
Our service area is quite diverse, and the challenges of rural and urban issues are what we know. The community we serve is friendly and courteous, with high standards and a great work ethic. The general love of the country is evident in being so close to Scott Air Force Base. We have the Cardinals and Blues, as well as the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. We also have the best-rated family park in the country, Forest Park, and our children’s educational and cultural opportunities abound. This is our Home!
