This information is designed to assist in helping policyholders understand The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). This information is designed to assist a licensee in helping policyholders that experience damage to their home due to flooding. The course focus is to concentrate on protecting occupants’ health and welfare as well as address the goal of returning them to a pre-loss condition while keeping claim costs as reasonable as possible.
