The three partners make for a formidable team, thanks to Tim’s and Keegan’s vast background in property damage and Newton’s breadth of real estate knowledge.

Newton Hopkins

Co-Owner

Newton Hopkins graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University with degrees in corporate finance and real estate. He founded Trademark Development in 2005 to pursue real estate and private equity investments. With his extensive real estate background, he decided to join PuroClean to serve those in their time of need. Newton also dedicates his time to fundraising for Well Aware, an organization that implements clean water systems to empower communities in East Africa.

Keegan Trudgen

Co-Owner

A Michigan native, Keegan majored in Finance at Michigan State University and received his MBA from top-rated Northwestern University. After stints at Intel, Follett, and Morgan Stanley, he decided to form his own consulting company, where he was introduced to the PuroClean franchise. Currently, Keegan devotes his time to working as a hands-on president, reading, and being with his family. He is an IICRC Master Water Restorer, the highest certification level offered by the IICRC.

Tim Lohse

Co-Owner

From Minnesota, Tim graduated Staples Technical College in Robotics and Automated Systems. For over 20 years, he developed the Technical Service Department for a Global OEM: installing, training and coordinating emergency repairs for companies like Kraft, Kellogg, Pepsi, etc. Certified in ISO 9000 with experience in customer service, the urgency to restore properties is key to success. Married with two young boys, Tim is busy being a father and polishing his amateur photography skills.

Herman DeAlva

Operations Director

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Herman DeAlva has been in the restoration industry for 24 years, actively working on commercial property damage at retail and hospitality chains and homes affected by catastrophic weather events. Herman presides over the company’s front office and manages the job sites, provides estimates, and maintains equipment and inventory. His hobbies include woodworking and cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys.
