We provides state-of-the art services locally, responding rapidly to your call for water, fire and mold related crisis. Our goal is to contain the damage to the “wounded” property and facilitate the healing process with less stress, disruption and financial hardship.

We are proudly licensed Mold Remediation contractors by NYSDOH, an EPA LEAD-Safe Certified Firm, and certified by the IICRC in WRT, FRST, ASD, AMRT, and OCT.    

Our office knows that caring and sympathizing is probably the most needed virtue in this industry, because it translates into excellent customer service. Communication is extremely important, as property damage disrupts your life. We make sure customers understand the process to recovery, and we make ourselves very available to any questions and concerns 24/7. We like to take our time to calm a potential customer by briefly explaining the recovery process and ensuring them that they have found the right team that cares and will bring them to pre-loss conditions.

Prior to becoming independent restoration specialists, Alexandra worked for another restoration franchise, where she was involved in estimating using Xactimate and office operations. David worked briefly at this restoration franchise as well, where he was involved in field operations during water or fire damage emergencies.
