We recently received a call regarding a commercial retirement center in Irving in need of some help. A broken water supply line caused water damage that affected a hallway and a couple of rooms. Our crew arrived promptly to assess the situation and begin work.

The residents in the affected areas had to be relocated during the work. Because of this disruption to their lives, we wanted to work as efficiently and effectively as possible so they could regain some normalcy. First we had to set up air movers to dry all the moisture. During the work, our technicians discovered an additional leak from a valve under a sink. This leak was causing water damage to even more rooms. A plumber was called in to fix the leak, and our technicians set up our equipment to get everything dried there as well. This job is still in process. Everyone has been really happy with our work so far, and we are anxious to complete everything so the golden days of retirement can once more carry on for this center’s residents.
