Chuck Polley spent over 32 years in the automotive industry, working primarily on vehicle lighting. During his career, he worked in Quality Control, Product Testing and Product Compliance. A career path where integrity is key. He majored in Mechanical Technology at Jamestown Community College in 1984, returned to school in 1995 to obtain more formal business management training from Empire State College, and in 2015, he received his master’s degree from Western Governors University.
