Texas Entrepreneur Receives PuroClean Rainmaker Award

Restoration and Remediation Franchise Awards Jim Bauer for Success and Contribution to the PuroClean Franchise Owner Network

Frisco, TX (August 2, 2019) – Jim Bauer, owner of PuroClean Restoration Specialists in Frisco, Texas, was awarded PuroClean’s Rainmaker award at the company’s international convention held recently at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan.

“It is such an honor to have been selected for this award by my fellow PuroClean franchise owners who believe in the world-class brand we are creating,” said Bauer. “This year in particular, winning this award fit well with the convention’s theme – one team – and I am glad I could contribute to the uniqueness of our culture.”

Selected from more than 280 franchises across North America, Bauer was nominated for this accolade by fellow franchise owners as someone who balances his desire for success with the needs of the network, the franchise organization, and his fellow franchise owners, and has made a contribution toward the success of others.

Bauer opened his PuroClean Restoration Specialists in 2009 and took on 200 jobs on his own before adding technicians to his office. In 2014, he began offering reconstruction services in addition to restoration and remediation services. Prior to opening his PuroClean Restoration Specialists, Bauer worked in the homebuilding industry for 25 years. Bauer first stumbled onto PuroClean Restoration Specialists following a negative experience with water damage by a competitor in his own. He knew he wanted to open a business and offer world class-services while providing relentless customer service. His experience in the homebuilding industry and passion for servant leadership fostered his mentor relationship with several franchise owners in the network.

PuroClean Restoration Specialists has grown tremendously, becoming one of PuroClean Restoration Specialists’ largest offices and earning Bauer a variety of awards throughout his 10 years in business, including the Rainmaker Award and Brand Promise Award, among others.
