Thank you so much, Javier, for coming by our home and helping us with a mold issue. I emailed PuroClean of Potomac to help us with the damage from a leak, and Javier responded immediately. Once I sent him some pictures, he offered to stop by to access them on his time. We were so amazed that he would do this for us. He made great recommendations. We HIGHLY recommend Javier and PuroClean of Potomac.

Puroclean responded within 10 minutes of initial notification and provided a written estimate within 2 hours after the visit. The team who performed the cleanup was outstanding. They were on time and did an excellent job limiting the amount of destruction. They removed and hauled away wet carpet and drywall, only pulling what was necessary to ensure proper drying. They followed up with us daily for three days, eliminating equipment as essential as rooms dried. Overall I was very pleased and would use them again.

I would highly recommend Puroclean of Potomac for water damage restoration work! They responded quickly, very efficient, professional and walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and then got to work.I have used other company's in the past and they aren't even comparable.

I got Puroclean of Potomac; Karen responded to my call, and I told her about my situation. We called puroclean of Potomac after the water heater broke at 5 am and flooded the basement. Javier and Karen came personally assesed the damage and immediately started the clean up. They were very professional and meticulous , I will absolutely use them again and recommend their service.
