Sediq was amazing. Our basement had flooded and the carpet was saturated and moldy. He explained exactly what he was going to do and from there he took charge. He put us at ease, was very kind and empathetic. Sediq was very knowledgeable and made a bad situation tolerable. Beside that he and his wife smiled a lot and that gave us hope.
