"On Labor Day weekend, I woke up to a house standing with water!!! I was flipping out, to say the least! After I calmed myself and started vacuuming the water, I realized I was in way over my head. I called PuroClean, and to my surprise, they answered the phone! On a Saturday of Labor Day weekend!!!! Within about an hour, I had 2 technicians setting up equipment and walking me through the process! Kenny Hunt was awesome at helping and instructing me on each step of the process. I had the fans and dehumidifiers for nearly a week, but each day Kenny would come and check them and the progress of drying. I am so please with the services provided by PuroClean and their team!!! I honestly don't know what I would do without them. I am currently waiting for repairs, of which I also chose to go with PuroClean. They are super busy (which I think is a really great sign) will definitely update once everything is complete."
