I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone. We had a little mishap in our basement, and PuroClean was recommended by our insurance agent. They were quick to respond and very professional. The staff both on the phone and in the office was great to work with. The techs that came out were knowledgeable and friendly. I know that the job can be crappy, pun intended, but the PuroClean crew made my day and kept an upbeat attitude. Anyone that has had a backup before can tell you it’s frustrating, and having a crew that is understanding, calm and patient with you is a great relief. I was so stressed out upon finding our back up, but working with the PuroClean team made that disappear and after working with the techs, I felt better and could breathe a “clean air” sigh of relief. If you are ever in need for a restoration group, I highly recommend PuroClean, great office staff, great operations manager (quick response to estimates and cost needs), and most of all friendly reliable techs that are understanding and compassionate.
