A bio hazardous team is something you never think you'll have to use when it comes to a loved one's passing but last fall my wife and I were in that position. We had received quotes from two teams, one of which was unbelievably insensitive and rude to my wife and I, in an already horrible situation, and the other was kind but not wanting to help until we had figured out the home owner's insurance. Then we were given Mark Mazzoleni's information. He called us back right away and within a few hours met us at the house. Being a young couple, who clearly had never dealt with anything like this before, Mark went over what we had for the owner's insurance, answered questions, asked questions in a respectful way, and talked to us about the process. Throughout the restoration process Mark did an awesome job communicating with us and the home owner's insurance team. When the time came he even walked through the house for the first time with us. At one point my wife and I felt so overwhelmed Mark sat outside with us and answered two pages of questions, some that did not even have anything to do with his job or team. Mark's team at PuroClean Property Restoration Professionals were also so kind to us. One day we had to stop at the house to drop something off and they said their condolences to us. It was really nice knowing that the people who were working on the house I had grown up in actually cared about our feelings and were sensitive to them.
