Mark at PuroClean did an awesome job. Showed up as soon as the damaged happened and took care of everything. Since I was out of town, he explained everything to me and what steps would be necessary to complete the job. Very satisfied!

We live an our south of Green Bay. When it came time to sell a family member’s condo, we called Mark Mazzoleni and his Puroclean team. They cleaned all three floors (basement, main floor and upstairs) amazingly well. Our real estate agent, Dave Peot, called their finished job “a fantastic restoration.” Katrina of Puroclean made remodeling suggestions (and hired the contractors) that were perceptive and went a long way toward the final result: The property was listed at noon on a Wednesday. By Thursday at 4 pm (28 hours later) we accepted a bid $2,000 higher than the asking price. Michelina, my wife, and I are patting ourselves on the back because we called on Mark Mazzoleni and his Puroclean team. We give this company six stars on a five-star scale.

These people did an outstanding job! They were totally outstanding in their work in all of the following areas! Helpful, experienced, reliable,organized, knowledgeable, trustworthy, informative and compassionate at all times! I will never call anyone else if I have these kind of problems in the future.

I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone. We had a little mishap in our basement, and PuroClean was recommended by our insurance agent. They were quick to respond and very professional. The staff both on the phone and in the office was great to work with. The techs that came out were knowledgeable and friendly. I know that the job can be crappy, pun intended, but the PuroClean crew made my day and kept an upbeat attitude. Anyone that has had a backup before can tell you it’s frustrating, and having a crew that is understanding, calm and patient with you is a great relief. I was so stressed out upon finding our back up, but working with the PuroClean team made that disappear and after working with the techs, I felt better and could breathe a “clean air” sigh of relief. If you are ever in need for a restoration group, I highly recommend PuroClean, great office staff, great operations manager (quick response to estimates and cost needs), and most of all friendly reliable techs that are understanding and compassionate.
