Assistant Field Technician earns 2 professional water damage restoration certifications!

Troy Underwood joined the PuroClean of Greer team in June 2023 as an Assistant Field Technician. In six short months, Troy has learned a tremendous amount about the restoration and remediation business. As part of his professional development plan, we recently sent Troy to PuroClean’s award winning training facility in sunny South Florida. Troy spent an intensive week of both classroom and hands on training. The week concluded with two IICRC exams and we are pleased to share that Troy passed them both! Troy now has two IICRC certifications, the Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). The combination of these two professional certifications we help Troy demonstrate he has the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows, and more. Troy will also be prepared to perform drying strategies while protecting the health and safety of workers and our clients. Effective Jan 1st, 2024, Troy will be promoted to Field Technician! Congratulations!
