Mike H.was excellent! He came in, answered all my questions, was knowledgeable and very professional and approachable. The process took several days and required daily visits to monitor progress. He was accommodating to our busy schedules and tried to minimize the inconvenience of the abatement process. We had the most seamless experience working with Puroclean team from the very first phone call. They were incredibly responsive and caring and professional. The workmen that showed up to do the work did an excellent job and were incredibly kind and efficient. No one ever wants to have a major problem with their house there but the quick response and impeccable work has made it, as good as an experience like this can get, I would definitely use them anytime. I NEVER have problems contacting them or getting them to contact me. They are super responsive. Our coordinator Mariano made this job an incredibly successful one.

We had a water loss during the last hurricane in Houston and called PuroClean. They were very timely in arriving to mitigate the loss, and also gave us a great price on the remodeling afterwards. The fixed the problem and made our living room look so much nicer. Their team was supper efficient and respectful. They cleaned up after finishing their work every day before they left. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling work or reconstruction.
