Russell Benes

Owner

Russell Benes has spent his entire career helping others who have been impacted by crisis, tragedy, and disaster, so it is no surprise that his most recent endeavor is owning a Puroclean franchise.  Russell’s service to others began when he enlisted in the United States Navy many years ago. Following eight years in the military, Russell became an emergency first responder, Firefighter/ Paramedic, and served his community for more than 20 years.

Melissa Rowe

Community Relations and Business Development

Melissa Rowe is the Business Development & Community Relations Director for PuroClean of Jacksonville Southbank. She serves as a client advocate to ensure that all departments understand the client's needs and respond with the right quality of service.

Jared

Operations Manager

Joined PuroClean in 2015

Jared was the first full-time employee hired by Russell Benes in 2015, and now serves as the Operations Manager. He studied before moving to Jacksonville. Jared is responsible for overseeing emergency water and fire jobs, estimates, mold remediation, rebuilds, and biohazard jobs. Jared has numerous IICRC Certifications and continues his personal and professional development by attending continuing education classes on a regular basis.

Jamie is the Office Manager with PuroClean of Jacksonville Southbank. She has over seven years in the customer service industry so customer concerns are her top priority. She's ready to take your call at 904-482-0002 and answer any questions or concerns you have.

Tim is a Crew Chief and Certified IICRC Technician. He oversees water, fire, mold, and biohazard jobs of all sizes and complexity. Tim has numerous IICRC Certifications and continues his personal and professional development by attending continuing education classes on a regular basis.

Wayne is a Crew Chief and Certified IICRC Technician. He oversees water, fire, mold, and biohazard jobs of all sizes and complexity. Wayne has numerous IICRC Certifications and continues his personal and professional development by attending continuing education classes on a regular basis.

Nate is a Certified IICRC Technician for water, fire, mold, and biohazard jobs. As with all Puroclean Jacksonville Southbank employees, he continues growing professionally by attending in-house training and continues his personal and professional development by attending continuing education classes on a regular basis.

Ian is a Technician for water, fire, mold, and biohazard jobs of all sizes. As with all Puroclean Jacksonville Southbank employees, he continues growing professionally by attending in-house training and will be taking the IICRC certification in the near future.
