PuroClean's Service was Excellent! They responded quickly and assessed the problem. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were very responsive. And they've checked on me twice since the work was completed. Richard was amazing and super friendly. I would definitely use them again!

The ProClean team was on time each day and worked very hard to sanitize my basement. They piled everything in each room. Sophia and two helpers worked at my side to help me throw out wet items. Sophia was so kind and understanding and professional. The other young lady and man with her were so helpful and worked with me to throw out a lot of damaged things. Other men carried everything to their truck and hauled it away.. They put items I wanted to save in dry boxes. They made a very stressful situation manageable. The man in charge was very polite and explained things well. The dehumidifiers were in the basement five days and they did the job. The team worked well together. Thank you for your service.

The Hot Water Expansion Tank busted in my home (basement) . My Insurance company contacted PuroClean. Richard was at my home the next morning. Richard Ludd, Sr.Technician was just amazing. He is very thorough and direct to the point of getting the job done. He is very unique outside of any contractor that has been to my home for service calls. Richard and Kevin the other Technician are just awesome. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very well experienced. The work they did cleaning up the water damage was unbelievable. They were very prompt , efficient and exceptionally great. At first I was a little apprehensive because they came in not saying much and after I explained the situation they both started working vigorously . The demonstrated technique used I had never seen to detect the water damage. They came out every day and checked the condition of my basement and the fans,etc. I was so impressed and relieved with their excellent customer service and outstanding work. What a blessing for this kind of service. PuroClean should be thankful for them. Good service is very hard to get. I strongly recommend them for your service call. You will be pleased. Try this company and the same Technicians.

I had the unfortunate need to use PuroClean's services after a tenant left my condo in very poor condition (hoarder). Every step of the way, this company was wonderful to work with - from the responsive estimator/site manager to the hard working crew and finally, the office staff. The owner worked with my situation to get the job done. I highly recommend them!

We were assigned to PuroClean by our insurance to dry up water damage caused by a bathroom leak. The technician Richard Ludd was very professional. He installed two machines and checked on drying progress everyday. He was available by cell so that we could schedule his checkins easily. He arranged for a mold test and mitigation service proactively, given the agrvof our house. We are very pleased at our dealings with him in a stressful time.

I had a water pipe burst in our basement, which damaged the walls and carpet. We paniced because we were trying to put the house on the market, however PuroClean was able to come out immediately and removed the damaged wall and padding. They were also able to save the carpet so that we didn't have to replace it since it was brand new as well. If I had any other problems, I would call them first. They did a great job!

PuroClean came to my place and pulled up flooring and cut out drywall that was damaged from a water leak. Did a great job of drying out the floor and walls and dealing with any mold possibilities.
