Steve Lai

Owner

Steve was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Wyoming. He is a former city firefighter who later worked as a Wildland Fighter with the US Forest Service for four seasons. He has a BA in Business Administration degree from the University of Wyoming and has worked in Insurance as a field claims specialist. He has been a resident of Las Vegas, NV since 2008. Steve handles business operations, marketing, and promotion for the company.

Jose

Lead Technician

Jose has been in the restoration/construction industry for 8 years and is trained in the use of water, mold, fire, and biohazards technologies and procedures. Jose is IICRC certified and is a trained water damage restoration (WTR) and applied structural drying (ASD) technician. Jose manages the crews and the job sites, provides estimates, and maintains the company's equipment and inventory.

Yenessi

Customer Service

Yenessi holds WTR and ASD certifications and has 5 years of experience in the restoration field. She manages all day-to-day operation tasks and is the initial point of contact for customers on the phone. Yenessi specializes in customer service and content handling.
