Healthcare Worker Continues Community Service By Opening An Essential Business In Lexington, KY To Aid Home And Business Owners

Lexington, KY. – (February 12, 2021) –Kenneth Afenya has answered the call to serve his local community, becoming the designated local “Paramedic of Property Damage” with the opening of his PuroClean franchise in Lexington, Kentucky. Afenya will lead a team of highly trained technicians to help home and business owners with water, fire, mold, and biohazard removal, as well as duct, carpet, and COVID-19 cleanings. To celebrate the essential business, Afenya is hosting a grand opening on February 20th from 4 to 6 p.m. to introduce his local community to PuroClean during a safe, socially distanced gathering.

The grand opening celebration is set to take place outside of the PuroClean of West Lexington office located at 133 N. Locust Hill Dr., Suite 112 in Lexington. Guests in attendance will be able to enter giveaways, including gift bags, t-shirts, and gift cards, to receive a complimentary range of services from carpet cleaning, ductwork, vent cleaning, and more. All event attendees must wear a mask to ensure guests’ safety while on-site.

Afenya joins the PuroClean franchise with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from the University of Ghana. For nearly 20 years, Afenya has worked in the healthcare industry, where he specialized in Nephrology. In pursuit of the American dream of entrepreneurship, Afenya will use his expertise in leading teams as he transitions his career path from working in healthcare to serving people during times of need while leading with a servant heart.
