Super professional and super knowledgeable. Doug addressed and cured rather extensive nicotine and tobacco damages to the walls, floors and ceilings in a rental unit. The process was lengthy but worth it. After he was done, the stains he removed filled several large bags trash bags with browned and yellowed rags! The cleaned walls were indeed stain free and the place no longer had the stench of stale nicotine and tobacco and was ready for new paint and carpet. Doug's follow up was very courteous and professional.
