PuroClean of Longwood’s Volunteer Team Lending a Helping Hand

In early February 2022, our team went to work on a house in Winter Springs, Florida that needed mold restoration. When they arrived at the property, our vendors’ sales manager realized that not only was the family dealing with mold, but also with their ailing 15-year-old son, who had suffered head trauma after an accident.

Due to the family’s challenging situation, our vendors’ manager placed a call to our franchise in Longwood, Florida to ask if the family could possibly be charged at a lower rate. Upon hearing about the family’s difficulties, our franchise owner didn’t hesitate to respond to the sales manager. He would be more than willing to provide service free of charge.

As soon as our crew heard about the family’s unique story, we decided to create a volunteer team and assist with the mold restoration. We were excited to help a member of our community. Offering our time and service to aid others is an opportunity we wouldn’t pass up. We’re fortunate to be able to give back to others. Great job, team!
