PuroClean Home Emergency Services is family owned and operated and includes Chuck, Pat and Ross Polley as part of the team. Chuck and Pat have been married for 35 years. In the business, Chuck focuses on project management and working with the crews, while Pat leads the marketing and administrative responsibilities.
When they’re not helping property owners with damage restoration, the Polleys enjoy spending time with their family, as well as boating and golfing. They have a passion for the communities they serve and are dedicated to Jefferson and Ripley Co. CASA where Pat serves as a board member. Pat organizes and manages a food drive every November. Partnering with various insurance agencies, she collects food items, and then delivers them to the local food pantry in each town.
