Our Story

Nassau and Suffolk Counties are densely populated areas filled with homes and businesses, including malls, hotels, retail stores and industrial companies. Some of these communities are located along the Great South Bay waterfront. The Great South Bay provides a variety of recreational activities, like boating, fishing, and the Great South Bay Music Festival held in July. There is also the charm of living on the water in a boating community, like the historical Village of Amityville, which is underwent a complete restoration after Superstorm Sandy.

We make sure customers understand the process to recovery, and we make ourselves very available to any questions and concerns 24/7. We like to take our time to calm a potential customer by briefly explaining the recovery process and ensuring them that they have found the right team that cares and will bring them to pre-loss conditions.

Prior to becoming independent restoration specialists, Alexandra worked for another restoration franchise, where she was involved in estimating using Xactimate and office operations. David worked briefly at this restoration franchise as well, where he was involved in field operations during water or fire damage emergencies.
