Robin Hoy

Owner

Robin enjoys running the day-to-day operations and developing processes within the business. She holds presentations at real estate agencies and chamber events and teaches CE classes for insurance professionals. Robin completed the NYC Marathon in 2019 which was on her bucket list of things to do while raising money for the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society. Robin also enjoys adventures with her family including hiking, running and playing pickleball.

Chris Hoy

Owner

Chris manages the workflow of PuroClean. Chris’s background in construction management is a huge plus when opening the PuroClean doors back in 2010. Chris has several certifications through IICRC, Indoor Air Quality Association, and is Lead certified. He walks real estate agents, property managers, adjusters, insurance agents, and lawyers through the mold remediation process. Chris enjoys hiking, and petting his personal trainer, Malcolm the Dog, when he is not on the golf course.

Kevin Grau

General Manager

Joined PuroClean in 2024

Kevin comes to us with 20 years of operation management experience. He really enjoys the restoration industry for its ability to help people on a daily basis. When Kevin is not working with PuroClean, he enjoys spending time with his wife Gina and his two teenage boys attending baseball games and rock climbing. Excited to have you, Kevin!

Gwen D'Amico

Operations Manager

Joined PuroClean in 2018

With Gwen’s bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and environmental consulting experience, she seamlessly handles all of the paperwork involved in a restoration business. Not only does Gwen work with the property owners, but contacts adjusters, insurance agents, and claim managers on a regular basis. Gwen is usually the first point of contact when you reach out to the Matawan PuroClean office. Gwen enjoys teaching yoga, visiting amusement parks, and spending time with her cats.

Jeff Fortunato

Lead Technician

Jeff has been with PuroClean of Matawan since we opened our doors. As a lead technician with several IICRC certifications, Jeff uses his experience in the construction industry to respond to property damage calls with excellent customer service to each of PuroClean’s clients. Jeff’s sense of humor is infectious and he can be found sending funny pictures and videos of his cat to his fellow employees.

David West

Lead Technician

Not only does Dave have IICRC certifications for the restoration industry, but he comes with experience in the building industry too. Dave’s pleasant demeanor and helpful nature help calm even the most anxious homeowner when faced with devastating property damage. Dave was also Christian Hoy’s scout leader before he began working for PuroClean. Dave is a master Pinewood Derby assistant builder (of course his kids do all of the work) and the latest car was designed to look like a box of fries.

Daniel Lemos

Lead Technician

Joined PuroClean in 2022

Daniel brings years of water, fire, mold restoration knowledge with him. He manages our rebuild restoration work. When he is not painting or spackling, you can find Daniel out on the soccer field with his friends or spending time outside with his family taking walks or swimming.

Christian Hoy

Technician

Christian is Robin and Chris’s youngest son, who has been working for PuroClean in the summers, weekends and nights. His first job at PuroClean included driving the weighted extractor (rover) at a three story water loss. He is currently going to Appalachian State pursuing an Earth Systems Science degree. Christian enjoys playing pickup basketball, hiking, and investing in up and coming stocks.

Kyle Hoy

Technician

As Chris and Robin’s eldest son, Kyle has literally grown up in the business. Kyle’s favorite part of being a technician is tearing out damaged sheetrock, trim, and flooring as quickly and efficiently as possible. No matter what time of day or night, just give Kyle a Monster energy drink and he is good to go onto the next job.

Brennan Quinones

Technician

Brennan has known the Hoy family since playing on the Cranford Recreation Baseball team with Christian Hoy. Brennan likes working on a variety of projects, working with his hands and meeting people. Brennan also volunteers with the Kenilworth EMS and fire department with hopes of becoming a firefighter in Union County, NJ.

Pat Noon

Technician

Pat came to PuroClean through his brother, Tom Noon. You will find Pat’s can-do attitude, ready to tackle any fire, water, mold, or biohazard job, refreshing. Pat comes to us from the restaurant industry and is used to high pressure situations. Pat enjoys going hiking and his favorite hiking trail is in Mohawk Mountain, NY.

Tommy Noon

Technician

Tommy has known the Hoy family since attending Hillside Ave elementary school. Tommy’s cheerful attitude and ready for any job where he has used his experience in rock climbing to perform jobs on scissor lifts for PuroClean. When not working for PuroClean, you can find Tommy at the rock climbing gym or snowboarding in Vermont.

Frances Zambardino

Technician

Joined PuroClean in 2023

Frances comes to PuroClean with her skills as a professional organizer. Frances helps PuroClean's customers itemize, pack and document their contents during an emergency such as fire, mold or water damage. Frances is a former flight attendant and she still has the travel bug in her where she travels with her daughter exploring local reservations trails in South Mountain or Watchung, but camping in NY and travelling to Israel.

Jeni DiVirgilio

Marketing Manager

Jeni has 18 years experience in the real estate industry, where she has used PuroClean numerous times. It’s natural for Jeni to represent PuroClean through her experience with her clients who need water and mold remediation in order to close on their transactions. Jeni is an active Chamber Board Member with GWACC, involved in numerous business networking groups. When Jeni is not out networking, you can find her spending time with her family at the Jersey Shore.

Natalia Szabla

Marketing

Joined PuroClean in 2018

Natalia comes to PuroClean from a technical and artistic background from her Industrial Design major at NJIT, which helps her create interactive social media campaigns. Not only does Natalia create posts but also films and edits all of our videos. When asked about what staff member she enjoys filming the most, it is of course Malcolm the Dog.

Malcolm the Dog

Head of Security

Malcolm holds the dual titles of Head of Rodent Security and Personal Trainer for the PuroClean franchise. His interest in property restoration began at five weeks old, when he was rescued from a sewer. At seven months, Malcolm joined the Hoy family and began pursuing his loftiest goals to date. Currently, he spends his days protecting all available properties from the damage posed by squirrels and chipmunks, and encouraging employees to use lunch breaks for long walks.
