This is an excellent company that I cannot recommend highly enough. They are prompt, efficient, thorough, did an excellent job preserving what needed to be preserved. This was not the first time I've dealt with a flooded basement and of all the companies I've used this is the only one I would use again. The team they sent did an excellent job. They left the basement spotless - I don't think it's ever been this clean!

Great service! We had a water leak in our finished basement. Called 5 other providers and couldn't get a call back to schedule service from any of them. Puro Clean answered the call, was at my home in 20 minutes, and had their drying equipment installed with the affected carpet and drywall removed in an hour. Very professional and easy to work with.

There was huge cloudburst of rain in Falls Church, Va in late summer. Water came into three floors of our building. I called Puroclean and Tenzin came right over. He got a crew in here to dehumidify, clean and dry the air. He then got a demo group in here to tear out water-saturated walls. He checked on us each day to see how things were. It was a big mess, but Tenzin got us through it. Tenzin was courteous and helped explain the situation to us in ways we could understand. Things are back to normal now, thanks to Puroclean. If anything happens like this again, we know who to call.
