Our Metairie-based PuroClean team understands that water, fire, mold, and biohazard property damage stressfully and unexpectedly disrupts your life. We are a locally-owned and -operated business, with decades of experience in the property damage industry. Our owners, Michael and Rozane Keppner, are both lifelong residents of the Gulf Coast area; Michael is originally from the Gulfport, Mississippi area, and Rozane is a lifelong resident of Gretna, Louisiana on the Westbank. Michael is an Ole Miss Alumni, and Rozane graduated from LSU.

Our office gives back to the community we love and serve by volunteering with the Southeast Louisiana Chapter of the American Red Cross, as well as our local St. Vincent de Paul chapter. In addition, we also support the Animal Rescue of New Orleans. We have representative members of both the Jefferson and Orleans Chambers of Commerce, the Jefferson Parish Toastmasters, the Mid-City Business Association, and St. Catherine of Siena Men’s Club.

Michael Keppner:

Like many people in New Orleans, Michael is a survivor of Hurricane Katrina and he processed countless insurance claims for property owners, both families and commercial businesses, in the aftermath of this epic natural disaster. Michael graduated from the University of Mississippi in Oxford with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.  He also worked for over twenty-five years in a family restaurant business.
