"My family and I had gone on a 10 day vacation and upon return we found an upstairs toilet had overflowed during our time away. We “cleaned up” the best we knew how and thought we did a decent job. But little did we know that everything was still soaked. Thankfully, I had called Joseph M. for his expertise. They made plans to come out to my location (over 80 miles away to Lumberton, NC) ASAP and get their moisture readings. Mike White was so professional and understanding that our facility required a mask and temperature checks. We learned that nothing was dry and completely saturated in certain areas. Puroclean made arrangements with our office for after hour services and got to work. Our 2-3 day job turned into a 5-6 day job due to the extensive damage. They cleaned up behind themselves and kept all areas safe for our business to continue running.
