Technicians – Full & Part-Time

We have openings for full and part-time Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a new trade and to join a small local company that is part of a growing national franchise.

Technician responsibilities involve demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, padding, etc.), water extraction and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, etc.).  While no industry experience is required, candidates with restoration industry experience, Xactimate and/or IICRC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a disaster response team for emergency services from water damage, fire damage, mold remediation and bio-hazard cleaning.
• Be customer focused.
• Take damage assessments, moisture readings.
• Perform water extraction, remedial demolition and drying.
• Clean smoke damage from affected structures and contents.

We are a 24/7 emergency company, which means you may be called into work after hours, weekends and holidays. We do pay overtime.

Required:

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record;
• Pass background check with no felony charges;
• Lift at least 50 pounds;
• Work in the construction, demolition, cleaning or remediation industry preferred, but we will train you!
