Helping Returning Clients: A Sequel Just as Good as the Original
Previously, PuroClean of Boerne traveled to Louisiana to help restore water-damaged properties affected by Hurricane Laura. Our previous venture across state lines made a good impression on one of the clients we serviced. A couple from Lake Charles, LA called us to their home for reconstruction work after we helped them with a water restoration a few weeks prior.
This job had many facets similar to that of water restoration. However, the actual water itself was already taken care of during our first visit to the home. Instead, we were replacing the damaged insulation in the attic with new insulation.
Our crew wore full PPE during this job. This is an essential precaution to take when working with fiberglass insulation, as the glass dust can pose a health hazard. Fully geared up, our team crawled into the tight spaces of the attic and stripped the old insulation out.
We also completed a thorough moisture reading of the attic to assure that there was no remaining water damage. Once our readings showed that there was no moisture left in the attic, we installed the new insulation. Our team completed the job in only 4 days’ time and the clients thanked us for another successful job.
