After part of our home was flooded in a family tragedy, I contacted PuroClean of NPR on a Sunday. We needed soaked carpet removed as soon as possible. Gianni and crew arrived the same day, worked quietly and respectfully, and got the carpet out quickly. He explained everything that needed to happen to dry out our home, came back on our schedule to check progress, and checked in with me via text.
