Our Story

The San Fernando Valley has several parks and hiking trails like those in the Sepulveda Basin, Stoney Point Park in Chatsworth or Aliso Canyon Park in Granada Hills. The Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce notes that in the early 1900s, the state’s movie and aviation business were just beginning. Now the area is home to many public companies along with small and family-owned businesses. The region is a performing arts hub with landmarks like the Madrid Theatre and the NoHo Arts District.

Cynthia Varjabedian says that the San Fernando Valley is dear to her heart. She has spent the majority of her life in the area and has “cherished memories of [her] children attending school [here].” She says she has dreamed of opening her own business and serving her community. “Working with people from different walks of life is fascinating and always provides room to increase my knowledge and skills.” In the diverse San Fernando Valley, Cynthia is able to do just that.
