I called Puroclean of Northridge because when we were going to change the fridge, we saw black spots on the drywall. I was convinced we had mold. I did a Google search and came across Puroclean of Northridge (first time I ever had to use a mold removal company). Before the day was out Robert came by and inspected the suspect area. He quickly confirmed we actually did not have mold, and the suspected stains were a combination of water damage and dirt. He provided advice on how to clean things up and promptly left. No charge. Awesome. Robert was knowledgeable, and interested in solving the problem even though in the end it meant no immediate business for the company. I say "no immediate" because even though we didn’t need their services today, they won a customer for life, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who's in need.
