Mold kept coming back on our bathroom ceiling. My husband would clean it, it would look good, then come back. We have a fan/vent in each bathroom and would run it constantly, still didn't keep the mold away. I called PuroClean and it's gone. They cleaned it with a special cleaner, then painted my ceiling w an anti-microbial paint that resists mold (the paint job was perfect). Anyway, they were professional, quick and I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you PuroClean.

Peter and his colleagues at PuroClean made the unhappy occurrence of a broken pipe as stress-free as it could possibly have been. They arrived very quickly after my initial call and took over. They were knowledgeable, considerate, careful with our home, and delightful to work with. Because of their promptness, we had very little damage. Over the next couple of days, they returned reliably to check on the drying progress, kept me informed, and worked with our insurance company. I recommend them without hesitation.

PuroClean was prompt, extremely reassuring during a stressful situation (flood due to burst pipe), professional and did a great job with the water remediation. They continued to follow up afterwards to make sure everything was ok and would highly recommend this company.

PuroClean of Northern Westchester did a great job at our house this winter. We have (2) sump pumps in our basement and the battery backups did not last more than 24 hours when the power went out, lesson learned. PC helped us get rid of the water, they cleaned and dried the 10' x 12' and 5' x 7' rug and made sure the basement was dry, clean and disinfected for our son to play in. Hopefully I don't have to, but I would definitely call them again if another water cleanup was needed. Thank you for your help!!

Peter and his team are amazing. Called with an emergency and he came out within hours late at night. They helped with water in the basement and followed up first thing in the morning. Had to have them come back out multiple times and they did it without question. Service was impeccable and the equipment was top notch. With a situation like mine I had no choice but to use a company that could get the water out before damage set in and all the time he was mindful of not taking advantage of my situation and kept my invoice as low as possible. Honesty and integrity is what I would say about PuroClean. Accessibility was key to, fast to answer phone, email, and text messages while the rain and water kept coming we made a plan and worked through the situation in sync. We had a refrigerator filter burst in the middle of the night. By the time we heard it, the water had traveled from our main floor down to our family room, laundry room and garage. PuroClean of Westchester was notified by our insurance company. I received a phone call within a couple of hours and Peter and his co-worker were at our door soon after. Peter was terrific to work with. He was professional, informative, cordial, and knowledgeable. Although we had gotten a lot of the water cleaned up, Peter finished the job.He set up his machines, did what he had to do in checking under carpeting, and in the ceilings, and checked the drying out process for the next couple of days which by the way included a weekend. He assisted us in the insurance claim process as well as gave us suggestions as to what he felt needed to be done in the restoration process. I would highly recommend PuroClean of Westchester to anyone who has the misfortune of water damage in their home.

Pete and PuroClean were great. After finding water damage we called and they quickly responded. They got rid of the water, the smells and cleaned the carpet like new. They were clean, neat and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent 5-star service from Pete and his team. We used PuroClean for to repair a ceiling leak issue and they fixed the problem without any complications. Highly recommended!
