The holiday season is a time for giving, for spreading joy to those who may be less fortunate. At PuroClean of Plantation, we believe in making a difference in the lives of our community, especially when it comes to the youngest members who need our support the most. This year, we are excited to announce our toy drive for Kids in Distress, an organization that aims to spread the holiday cheer far and wide. As we prepare to celebrate the magic of the season, we invite you to join us in bringing smiles to the faces of children facing challenging circumstances. Together, we can make this holiday season truly special for those who need it most.

About Kids in Distress 

Since 1979, Kids in Distress has been a nationally accredited charity that provides shelter for abused and neglected children. By offering foster homes, health services, and therapy through their multi-acre program campuses in Broward County, they have made a tangible, positive difference in the lives of at-risk children. You, too, can now be a part of their invaluable mission. Here’s how:

Our Holiday Goal: Lending a Helping Hand

We believe every child deserves to experience the magic and warmth of the holiday season, regardless of their circumstances. That’s why we are leading a toy collection drive for Kids in Distress so we can make a difference. 

Our ultimate aim is to collect as many toys as possible by December 15th. This deadline allows us to distribute these gifts to the children in a timely manner, ensuring that they experience the wonder and delight of the festivities just like any other child.

Get Involved This Season!

You can play a vital role in making our toy drive for Kids in Distress successful. By donating, you’re directly placing holiday cheer into the hands of disadvantaged children within our community. 

There are two ways you can contribute:

1. Consider donating new, unwrapped toys suitable for children of all ages. Your generosity will directly impact the lives of these little ones, brightening their holiday season and filling it with joy.
2. You can help by spreading the word about our toy drive with others, and encouraging friends, family, and colleagues to participate. Financial contributions are also greatly appreciated and will be used to purchase toys and necessities for those in need.

Your involvement, whether big or small, will help us bring a glimmer of hope and happiness to Kids in Distress during this special time of year. Together, we can create lasting memories and build a stronger, more compassionate community.
