Lansdale, PA. – (December 3, 2020) – Pennsylvania residents Christian Carpico, Joe Samango and Vince Leonetti have answered the call to serve their local community, becoming the designated local “Paramedics of Property Damage” with the opening of their new PuroClean franchise located in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Carpico, Samango and Leonetti will lead a team of highly trained technicians to help home and business owners with water, fire, mold, and other property damage, 24/7. PuroClean of Lansdale will primarily serve the Lansdale, Harleysville, Blue Bell, Horsham, and Plymouth Meeting areas, among others.

Carpico holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. Over the last 20 years, Carpico has established a career as a software engineer and project lead in the telecommunications industry, working for notable brands such as Motorola, Google, Arris, and CommScope. He also takes pride in having 30 years of experience renovating, managing, and redeveloping residential properties in New York, Philadelphia and the New Jersey shore areas. His business partner, Samango, has built a strong background within the construction industry following his graduation from Elmira College, where he received degrees in Marketing and Management for Business Administration. As part of his career, Samango worked as a Senior Project Manager and Head of Construction Operations for a union reinforcing steel placement contractor. The group is rounded out by partner, Leonetti, who joins the franchise with a professional background in sales and business development. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Leonetti managed a claims department for an insurance company and went on to oversee a $1.3 billion small business retirement product for Merrill Lynch. He also served as a Plant Manager for a food plant and spent ten years as a management consultant driving successful projects to completion. As part of the franchise, Carpico will head up general operations and management, while Samango leads the production team, and Leonetti will use his sales experience to handle all initial sales and business development projects.
