Keegan Trudgen

Owner/President

A Michigan native, Keegan majored in Finance at Michigan State University and received his MBA from top-rated Northwestern University. After stints at Intel, Follett, and Morgan Stanley, he decided to form his own consulting company, where he was introduced to the PuroClean franchise. Currently, Keegan devotes his time to working as a hands-on president, reading, and being with his family. He is an IICRC Master Water Restorer, the highest certification level offered by the IICRC.

Tim Lohse

Owner/Managing Director

From Minnesota, Tim graduated from Staples Technical College in Robotics and Automated Systems. For over 20 years, he developed the Technical Service Department for a Global OEM: installing, training, and coordinating emergency repairs for companies like Kraft, Kellogg, Pepsi, etc. Certified in ISO 9000 with experience in customer service, the urgency to restore properties is key to success. Married with two young boys, Tim is busy being a father and polishing his amateur photography skills.

David Max

Managing Partner

David Max is the co-owner and managing director of our Detroit offices, bringing his sales and digital marketing expertise to the property restoration industry. A native of West Bloomfield, Michigan, David graduated from Waterford Mott High School before launching his career in the digital marketing industry. He's excited to help PDS clients recover from property damage disasters and rebuild their lives.

Thomas Tocco

Production Manager

Tom Tocco has worked in the Restoration Industry for almost 11 years. Tom started Restoration at a very young age and quickly realized how much he enjoyed the work, and being able to help people in times of need. Tom is a very practical thinker, strategic thinker, and goes out of his way to try and help everyone he can. Tom spends his free time remodeling his home, and spending any free time he can with his kids and wife.

Andrew Joseph Cartwright

Senior Project Manager

AJ has worked in the restoration industry for 2 years but has worked multiple years doing handyman work. He is IICRC certified in WTR and loves the high pace environment of this industry and helping people in tough situations. AJ loves spending time with his wife and kids and in his spare time enjoys hockey, golf, hunting and fishing.
