ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL GRADE!! - Had a major water leak in a rental house, with toilet water coming through to the downstairs kitchen. I called the owner, Mr. Steve Crane at about 6pm, and within two hours of my phone call, PuroClean was on-site to assess the situation and take immediate action to stop the water flow and control damage. Steve's fast action and professional response definitely limited any further damage. The following morning, his technicians were again on-site to tear out the remaining damaged material and set up the drying process. All of the technicians were courteous and professional, and Steve ensured that every detail was meticulously handled. Even when we found more damage than originally thought, Steve and his PuroClean technicians handled everything in stride and fixed everything like it was their own house.
