We are excited to celebrate new milestones at PuroClean: opening our 400th location, which is also our first Puerto Rican location! We have added more than 100 locations to our network since the beginning of last year, and we are on track to open 25 more by the end of 2022.
When Mark W. Davis and Frank Torre acquired PuroClean 7 years ago, PuroClean had fewer than 200 offices. They set an ambitious goal of reaching 500 locations and building a World-Class brand. Demand for property damage restoration services is broadening each year. With that in mind, PuroClean is on a mission to provide excellent customer service and expand our coverage.
Under the leadership of President & COO Steve White, through the diligent work of our dedicated support team and outstanding franchise owners, PuroClean has become one of the largest property restoration franchises in North America. But it’s not all about unit growth. This remarkable accomplishment parallels the aggressive expansion of our national accounts. More importantly, our system-wide sales have doubled in a short period.
PuroClean continues to be recognized for outstanding customer service and franchise satisfaction by industry leaders and organizations nationally and internationally. We attribute these accomplishments to working as one team and staying true to our culture of servant leadership, extreme ownership, and active collaboration.
