Property damage and disaster relief specialists make generous contribution to help local communities affected by emergencies
TAMARAC, Fla. — As the holiday season approaches, nonprofit organizations, such as the American Red Cross, seek help and holiday donations from local businesses and individuals to provide goods and services they supply to help families in need during the holiday season. As a leader in property emergency services and disaster recovery, PuroClean is committed to helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold and other disasters and emergencies resulting in property damage.
To show our dedication and commitment for helping the communities we serve, PuroClean has made a donation of $5,000 to the Broward County Chapter of the American Red Cross. On December 16,2010, PuroClean leaders presented members of the American Red Cross Broward County Chapter Board of Directors with a check for $5,000.
“We are very honored to present the American Red Cross with our holiday donation, in lieu of gifts to our franchisees this year,” said Marci Kleinsasser, CFE, PuroClean Vice President, Marketing. “Our company helps restore properties after disasters, and we couldn’t think of a better partnership than one between our organizations.”
The American Red Cross is not a government agency and relies on the goodwill of the community to fulfill its humanitarian mission. All of the services provided by the American Red Cross are made possible through the generosity of individuals and community partners.
“A hot meal given to a disaster victim, shelter when there is nowhere else to turn, an emergency message delivered to a loved one serving in the Armed Forces are just some of the ways donations are put to work through the American Red Cross,” said Mark Holmes, Broward County Chapter Board Chair. “Thanks to the generosity of PuroClean, the American Red Cross continues to empower people to perform extraordinary acts in the face of emergencies.”
