PuroClean has earned 3 International Business Awards, two Golds, and a Bronze at the 17th annual International Business Awards. Nicknamed the “Stevie” for the Greek word for “crown,” this premier business award will be presented to PuroClean in recognition of the combined efforts of so many team members, from the support group to our franchise owners and their teams on the front lines.

More than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes, from 63 nations and virtually every industry, were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of Stevie Award categories. Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from July through early September.

Earning Gold for Marketing Department of the Year

The PuroClean Marketing Department adapted and thrived in an ever-changing 2020. They did this by going above-and-beyond to provide world-class support to our franchise network and their customers throughout the communities we serve in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The team provided critical resources to the more than 320 franchise locations throughout North America and implemented a virtual classroom for new franchise owners training.

PuroClean’s Newly Update Website Earns Gold Honors for Collaboration/Social Networking Solutions

Our website media partner, Bright Pink Agency, implement a new franchise directory tool, which was the subject of much praise.  This new website element combines several databases into one simple search system. The system integrates information from multiple insurance partners, the PuroClean directory, and the call centers to help property owners throughout North America, faced with restoration and remediation issues in their homes and businesses, to find the help they need with enhanced convenience.

Bronze Honors Earned for Most Valuable Corporate Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

With the “new normal” ushered in by COVID-19, the evaluation for success has grown more-so to incorporate innovation and adaptability. Despite the more challenging circumstances, PuroClean has experienced record growth during the pandemic. We made good use of virtual settings to spread information and resources from corporate to our franchise locations. Franchise owners were supported and encouraged as they selflessly gave back to their local communities, providing complimentary COVID-19 cleanup services to their local fire departments, police stations, hospitals, and first responders.

PuroClean President and COO Steve White describes the accomplishments as a “showcase [of] the strength of the PuroClean way, bringing innovation, solutions, and support during times of need to our franchise network, the communities they serve, and their business partners.” We are very proud of our team and our franchise owners for all of their hard work and well-deserved recognition.
