A former sales executive and real estate investor turned restoration entrepreneur, Shrem holds numerous IICRC certifications he will leverage in mitigating flood, fire, mold, and biohazard concerns across his Laurelton community. Along with a team of highly trained technicians, Shrem and his PuroClean of St. Albans franchise will provide restoration services to property owners in the Queens borough of New York City, coming at a perfect time as the area faces a surge of weather-related property damage.

Shrem joins PuroClean with a vast background in sales, financing, and real estate investing. At the age of 16, he began his professional career operating and managing a cellular phone retail store. In that role, Shrem developed essential skills in sales and marketing, leading him to move from product sales to the finance and real estate industries. He transitioned from working as an account executive for lending institutions in New York City to successfully purchasing and managing a portfolio of more than 30 properties, managing multi-unit properties, funding, and raising over $100 million in loans. From there, Shrem shifted his focus to property rehab, gaining experience in the renovation and home repair sector by buying and remodeling homes for resale. With his construction skills and understanding of the importance of home and property maintenance, Shrem will now serve the Laurelton and St. Albans communities through this vital service.
