We had a bunch of pipes bust during the winter storm back in Feb of 2021. We had never used a water remediation company in the past and we were skeptical, especially because we relying on our insurance company for payment. Adam and his team were fantastic. He made a few extra trips just to go over things again to make us comfortable. They arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule. Adam went above and beyond by helping us with another part of our project. He took time out of his day to help us with something unrelated to what he does. That shows he cares which is hard to find nowadays. If you have a need for the types of service Adam and his team perform, trust me...USE HIM! I know I will. By the way, just like Adam said they would, our insurance did pay.
