Once demolition was completed, we moved on to a meticulous cleaning phase. Every nail and screw was removed from the framing to ensure a thorough cleanup. The wood framing underwent sanding and wire brushing to remove any mold infestation thoroughly. We HEPA vacuumed all surfaces to eliminate any remaining dust, debris, and mold spores.
Following the physical cleaning, we treated all affected areas with an anti-microbial spray to combat potential microorganism growth and performed a comprehensive wipe-down of the structure.
Final Drying and Air Quality Testing
With the area cleaned, we repositioned our drying equipment to finalize the drying process. In preparation for an air quality test, we ensured that all particulate levels within the work zone were comparable to those exterior of the home. The successful air quality test marked the end of our active restoration efforts.
