Water Damage Restoration Lead Technician Responsibilities:

  • Lead Techs respond 24/7 when on call (we have a rotating on call)
  • Understand and address customer concerns passionately and professionally 
  • Responsible for the job execution from start to finish. That means meeting with the customer to determine the scope of work, getting the authorization signed, and doing the work with other technicians
  • Document the job progress with pictures, dry logs, scope sheets and e-mails – we will teach you our process using Mica and Dash
  • Work with adjusters and follow insurance program rules – we like to be paid for our work
  • Be approachable and professional in your appearance and in the work you do

Water Damage Restoration Lead Technician Qualifications:  

  • Hard-working team leader willing to support others
  • Willingness for continued learning and growth, we are always striving to improve
  • This is physical, you must be able to work with your hands, lift at least 50 lbs. and work on your feet for prolonged periods of time
  • This work is not glamorous, it can be gross, uncomfortable and toxic, so you must be willing to face challenges, stay positive and overcome difficulties
  • Awareness and respect for safety, we all want to make it home healthy and alive
  • Clear communicator, you will be interacting with customers, adjusters and co-workers
  • IICRC certifications are worth $3-$5 more per hour

  • $23 to $28 per hour depending on experience
