Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our Lead Technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage customer satisfaction and representing the brand
• Regular vehicle/equipment maintenance and organization
• Handle all aspects of the production process
• Clean areas that have been damaged
• Wear personal protective equipment, as needed
• Always leave jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Required:

• MUST HAVE clean driving record (Age 21+)

• Ability to work 40+ hours a week. Overtime available

• Reliable transportation.
